We want you to love your Subhvastra order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed and with original tags/packaging intact. Certain festival-sale or made-to-order items are final sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
